The Toy Barn Scottsdale’s newest location, is proud to offer individual-ownership garage units in one of the Southwest’s most exclusive and desirable areas. It offers a very limited supply of condo-like units where owners can store, tinker, or work on their vintage and performance cars, motorcycles, boats, off-road vehicles and more, in the company of like-minded friends.
Each unit will be titled and ready for the owner to custom-appoint his or her garage, to suit their lifestyle, personality, and budget. Garage units start with standard features like a minimum 18-foot ceiling height and both heavy-duty garage doors and standard entry/exit doors. Floor Plans range from 1,092 to 1,500 sq. ft. Our menu of optional features is minimal since almost everything comes included but custom additions will add even more value to your investment.
Like all Toy Barns, our newest Scottsdale location features a luxury gathering place with full kitchen, tables, chairs, and big screen TVs downstairs plus meeting space above. And owners have location-wide privileges to celebrate a birthday, host a car club meeting or throw a retirement party at any Toy Barn.
